Once the Polaris plastic breather cover gets hot, it warps and lifts away from the gasket in the span between the bolts. Tightening the bolts on the plastic cover only makes the problem worse. The close proximity of some aftermarket full exhaust systems can really cause havoc with the plastic breather cover.

OUR BILLET ALUMINUM COVER REMAINS FLAT AND NEVER DISTORTS - NEVER CAUSING A GASKET LEAK.
